The ASCEND Collective is a community-based effort to bring advocacy for and awareness to underserved talent. The Collective advocates to help businesses understand the value military veterans and spouses, people with disabilities, and justice-involved/second-chance job candidates bring to any organization. They are actively working to remove the barriers and biases in talent sourcing.
